|
When producing a landmark building it is essential that the products used are up to the challengeClient Vector Arena
Details Situated on the Waitemata Harbour in Auckland the unique Vector Arena consists of two elliptical, tilted planes. The height, roof angle and length of the sheets were always going to be an issue. Along with this the issue of weathertightness was a main factor.
The Solution
Dimond unique Dimondek 630 was the only roofing profile up to the challenge of the 47.5m sheets. Its unique onsite rolling capability meant sheets could be produced then lifted into place. Produced in Colorcote ZRX Dimondek's single length sheets were able to provide peace of mind as they require no penetrations through the sheet removing the possibility of leaking. Designed for severe marine environments the ZRX coating means the risk of corrosion is reduced. To compliment the roof Dimond Brownbuilt 900, V-Rib and Corrugate were used as wall cladding.
