| Dimond’s ultimate commercial profiles fall into this category and are collectively branded as the Dimondek family of products. Dimondek is an established roofing icon in New Zealand and for very good reason. Dimondek uses a method of concealed fixing allowing the roof sheets to expand and contract with ease and no fixing holes pierce the roof eliminating the main source of roof leaks. Dimondek 300 and Dimondek 400 have been effectively serving the needs of commercial projects since the late 1960’s. In 2003 Dimondek 630 was launched and with it comes a new range of applications and New Zealand’s first sheets over 50 meters in length. As well as being manufactured within one of Dimond’s production factories, Dimondek can be manufactured onsite using the Onsite Production Units (as shown below) allowing sheet lengths far in excess of those normally possible — up to 100 meters! This greatly increases the freedom of design and removes the need to have steps in a roof and/ or ridging further eliminating potential leak points and increasing the life of the roof.
